Referral Agreement

 

The referral ambassador may, from time to time, refer potential customers to Greek Ego.  Referral ambassador will use their best efforts to promote Greek Ego products and services to potential customs in a professional and ethical matter.

 

    • Greek Ego will track all referrals made by the referral partner.

 

    • A successful referral is defined as a referral that results in a customer purchasing existing or custom designed services, products and/or merchandise from Greek Ego.

 

 

Terms and Conditions


The terms of the agreement shall commence once your referral status is accepted and continue indefinitely unless and until terminated by either party.



           The following is not allowed:

 

    • Any advertisements on search engines.

 

    • Using your own referral link. If you use your own link, your payout for that order will be denied and you may be removed from the program.

 

    • Referral links cannot be used for current contracted organizations of Greek Ego, which include but are not limited to Delta Phi Rho Sorority, Inc., Gamma Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. and Theta gamma tau Sorority, Inc. members.

 

 

    • Coupon websites

 

 

Cookie Length

 

Our cookie length is 15 days. This means that when someone uses your referral link and purchases within 15 day, you will get credit for that order.

 

 

Referral Fee

 

 

    • For each successful referral, Greek Ego shall pay the referral partner a referral fee according to the terms and condition of Exhibit A of the agreement.

 

    • The referral will be paid fixed, sliding scale or percentage of the total sale excluding shipping and any applicable taxes. The exact terms are set forth in Exhibit A. Payments will be made via [Method of Payment] to the referral partner’s account.

 

 

Untracked Conversions

 

 

    • Orders that are not attributed to you through the system will not be credited to you under any circumstances. The most common reason that orders are not attributed correctly are that the cookie has expired (15 days), the purchaser’s browser removed the tracking code or the purchaser has a browser extension installed that changed the tracking code.

 

 

Returns

 

 

    • If any part of an order that was referred using the referral link in returned, the appropriate amount will be deducted from the balance.

 

 

Excluded Coupons

 

 

    • Any coupons that we give out to customers thanking them for the purchase cannot be combined with a referred order. The order will not attributed to you if the customer uses one of those coupons.

 

 

Commission

 

 

    • Commission payments are based on the post-discount item revenue only. No tax or shipping charges are considered when calculating commissions.

 

 

Payouts

 

 

    • Our minimum payouts is $20

 

    • We process payments on the last business day of the month.

 

    • You will be paid out for your conversion on the last business day of the month after your conversion happens. For example, if your conversion happens on March 15th and your balance is $20 or more, you will be paid out on the last business day of April. If your balance is not $20 or more, it will be paid out the next month on the last business day if your balance has reached $20.

 

    • We reserve the right to remove any account from the program without notice and for any reason.

 

 

Independent Contractor Status

 

 

    • You are an independent contractor and not an employee of Greek Ego. You will be solely responsible for your own taxes and expenses.

 

 

Termination

 

 

    • Either party may terminated the agreement at any time and without notice.

 

 

Disputes

 

 

    • In case of any dispute over the calculation or payment of a referral fee, the parties agree to work in good faith to resolve the dispute.  If they cannot resolve the dispute they will refer it to a mutually agreed third party for mediation.

 

 

Exhibit A: Payment terms


Initial registration is for our Tier 1 Referral Ambassadors who have not worked with us yet. After driving 15 approved sales on referral tier 1, the referral ambassador will be eligible to be moved to tier 2 where the commission is increased to 10%. In order to be moved to the next tier, the referral must reach out via email or the messages section in your account and we will review.

 

    • Tier 1: For each lead the referral partner will receive a referral fee equivalent to 5% of the total initial value of the sale (excluding taxes and shipping) received by Greek Ego from the lead for the purchase of the Greek ego products or services during the initial terms of the agreement.

 

    • Tier 2: For each lead the referral partner will receive a referral fee equivalent to 10% of the total initial value of the sale (excluding taxes and shipping) received by Greek Ego from the lead for the purchase of the Greek ego products or services after 15 sales.

 

    • Tier 3: For each lead the referral partner will receive a referral fee equivalent to 15% of the total initial value of the sale (excluding taxes and shipping) received by Greek Ego from the lead for the purchase of the Greek ego products or services after 30 sales.

 

    • Referrals leading to an organizational vendor contract will be paid out as a onetime payment of $300 after the organization and its members have purchased $1,000 in goods, service and/or merchandise.

 

 

General Provisions

 

Governing Law


This agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Entire Agreement


This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter here of and superseded all prior or contemporaneous communication and proposals, whether oral or written.

Intellectual Property


Referral ambassador acknowledges that  Greek Ego and its licensure own all the rights, title and interest in the services, product(s), and all intellectual property rights therein.  Nothing in the agreement gives the referral ambassador any right, to the product(s) or any associated trademarks except the right to sell the service(s) or product(s) in accordance with this agreement.
